I was seen face-to-face at Westmorland General Hospital’s Outpatient Department on 30/11/2020 by Mr S Panchal. From the start of the consultation right through to the end Mr Panchal treat me with a high level of professionalism, empathy and respect. All treatment options were explained in full, along with potential risks, side-effects and especially whilst in a Covid pandemic. Mr Panchal allowed me to make informed choices based on fact.
