I recently had a telephone consultation with Mr Panchal regarding the Polyps found in my gallbladder and the treatment that would be required to remove them. He was very helpful, explained the procedure clearly including everything I needed to know about my operation, any problems which may arise and discussed the current Covid issues. I felt he listened to my concerns and made me feel at ease. I had also been waiting for a Gastroenterology appointment for several months and on the day of my consultation he contacted the hospital and I was admitted for an Endoscopy within a week.
Even though I'm a little worried about the operation I feel totally confident with him as my Consultant. Thank you Mr Panchal.
