A huge thank you to Mr Samuel Jayaraj and the entire ENT surgical team and Acorn surgical day unit at Whipps Cross Hospital today. Samuel has a an excellent bedside manner with families and children that puts people at ease. He instils confidence in patients and his positive energy sets the tone for his team Hayley and Saleenah on the Acorn ward were also fabulous; they were amazingly attentive and took great care of our little boy in a friendly and professional way to ensure his short stay was pleasant and stress free. Much appreciated.
