Mr Vollans has a huge area of expertise in his field which ensured my son did not have to go through an operation that was not necessary.
He listened to my son and myself. He talked us through every step of the healing process of my sons broken wrist carefully and ensured we were fully informed.
He went above and beyond to answer any questions and concerns we had.
He had excellent interpersonal skills to relate to a teenager.
