Mother has been seen in the Urology department and has felt very happy with her treatment by all of the staff. Mr Turk has seen my Mother on three occasions so far ( Mother is 90) .
Each time Mother has felt that Mr Turk has tried very hard to make her feel comfortable and as if she were very important. His kind and pleasant manner has made her feel so much better about an otherwise very frightening condition.
