Mr Turk was caring in his attitude and explained clearly the diagnosis and options. Patients are always in a state of shock. He handled the situation well. I would have liked a written statement in addition at the time.
The need for a CT scan was not explained which I found worrying. I was unclear when I had to have a blood test.
It seems I am on a waiting list for the Blackburn Hospital as I have received correspondence.
