The appointment with Mr Turk was a very positive experience. My husband, who has dementia was put at his ease and felt part of the consultation even though I had to do much of the talking. Mr Turk explained everything in enough detail for us to understand without seeming to be in any way patronising.
We came away from the hospital feeling reassured and very happy with the professional yet friendly consultation.
