Mr Khan is the most professional, highly skilled, kind and empathetic surgeon we have ever met. My husbands health deteriorated in a matter of weeks during the first pandemic lockdown. My husband needed urgent spinal surgery. He was admitted to the Western General Hospital Edinburgh. His treatment and care was exemplary. We were kept fully informed throughout his treatment. The medical team worked through the challenge of COVID-19 and we trusted them implicitly. All steps were taken to minimize risk in terms of Covid 19. We were reassured throughout his time before and after surgery by the medical team and he had a successful outcome. I would highly recommend Mr Khan and any patient referred to him should feel confident in his expertise.They should trust Mr Khan and be confident in his advice and expertise. It is difficult to find words that convey our appreciation for the work of Mr Khan and his team. He restored my husband to full health and supported me beyond what would be reasonable to expect from such a busy surgeon. From the minute we met Mr Khan we knew we were in safe hands.
