Mr Maiti was very understanding and took the time to explain my potential options in great detail. He made me feel like there’s hope and also gave me a practical solution which would help my condition. Mr Maiti was clear and direct with his advice and made me feel at ease with the whole situation. He gave me the opportunity to explain what my treatment so far had been and despite giving me advice on what my options are, he didn’t make me feel pressurised into using his services, although I would be more than happy to return to Mr Maiti to continue with my treatment.
