I immediatly felt very welcomed when I entered the Lobby was offered something to drink. I arrived at 3:45 for my 4:00 appoinment and waited in lobby. The nurse came to lobby at 4:10 to speak to me to let me know the Dr. was running behind. At 4:20 the Dr. came to get me and was very apologetic about being late. He reviewed my medical history and informed me of the risks and what the procedure would entail. He also reassured me that he would provide a scan to make sure placement was correct. I felt very well taken care of and provided with all the information I needed. It was a really good experience and I would definitley see him again for all my GYN needs and also recommend him to friends and family.
