Excellent manner, very professional but at the same time he seemed friendly and approachable. At initial examination fully explained what was wrong with my knee and what needed to be done. Pre op put me at my ease. The operation appears to have been a complete success and the scar is very neat.
It's great to be seen at Stamford Hospital and I was impressed that all appointments with Mr Clifton were on time.
