We can't put this any clearer than what has already been stated here below:
"Throughout the consultation Mr Cartwright was clear, gave time to ensure all the options and potential outcomes were understood, the merits of each and where consideration should be given in evaluating them. He went at a pace to ensure that full understanding was reached enabling a feeling of being listened to and involved in the medical decisions needed to be taken."
