I have had two years of problems with Northwick Park Hospital, wrong procedures, referrals not being made when they had been promised. Just over 4 weeks ago Dr Cartwright offered to take over my care at Chelsea and Westminster and I am so glad he rang me. Within 4 weeks he got me booked in for a procedure I desperately needed. I cannot praise him and his amazing team more highly. From the moment I arrived I felt I was being listened to. Dr Cartwright asked me to explain exactly what I was expecting from the procedure. He listened attentively and after the procedure came straight over to tell me what he had found. I am so happy I am finally one step closer to finding a solution to my condition.
