Mr Gurprashad is a very personable surgeon and I am grateful that I was admitted under his care because he made my stay in the hospital so much easier to deal with.
His demeanour at my follow-up appointment was just the same and he put me at ease.
He has great powers of persuasion because it's made me feel happy to do as he suggests because I don't want to disappoint him, as he is so nice.
It was comforting to know that he took time to find my wife at work and explain things to her as well as reassure her. I really appreciate it, as does she.
