Mr Roy Gurprashad was brilliant with my son Thomas. Tom found him to be very funny, which resulted in Tom feeling at ease and comfortable with him and no longer concerned about what might happen.
He went into great depth and detail about the upcoming procedure and made us feel confident that Tom will be in great hands.
What an asset he is to the NHS.
Tom is happy and confident that Mr Gurprashad will be doing his surgery and is looking forward to laughing with him again!
