I was referred to Mr. Norris in order to seek treatment for severe Dupuytrens contracture in two fingers of my left hand. I attended Mr. Norris' clinic where I found him to be an affable, highly professional gentleman, posessing excellent communication skills, which made the process of determining the best solution a relaxed and fulfilling experience. As a result of the meeting, when I was admitted to the hospital for surgery, I was confident that I would be in safe and skillful hands, and indeed that proved to be an accurate assessment. The whole process from the initial consultation and admission for surgery, to recovery and rehabilitation was efficiently run and supported throughout. The professionalism, co-ordination and continuity of the many stages and facets involved was a pleasure to experience. The result is that I am delighted with the outcome of the surgery, which has restored the mobility and dexterity to my hand, which had diminished significantly over time.
