After my first appointment with Mr Rohit Jain, I felt totally confident in having my hip replacement operation. He went through the whole procedure of what will happen and what to expect. I went in to the One Ashford Hospital on the Saturday morning for my operation, and all the staff were so professional and kind. Sunday morning the physio therapist showed me how to use crutches ready for when I go home.
At 80 years old I was able to go home the day after my operation. They made sure I was given all the medication I needed, the exercises,and the reassurance to call them if need be. After 2 weeks I no longer needed my crutches, and 6 weeks later I am walking confidentially-using public transport - this I have not been able to do for a long time.
My last appointment with Mr Rohit Jain I was able to thank him for giving me my life back. My quality of life has been restored - with no more hip pain.
