I had a Stride N injection in my knee .
It was extremely painful as the injection went in, but this pain only lasted five minutes. By the time I left it no longer hurt.
After three months the knee had improved and I am now able to walk up and down stairs and use a ladder. I still have some pain on the inside of my knee.
On the whole I would recommend this treatment although it is expensive, but if it does save me from a new knee, it can only be good.
