I recently underwent a knee replacement surgery performed by Mr Rohit Jain, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for his outstanding care. Every nurse I encountered was professional, compassionate, and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly and with a smile. The ancillary staff also played a crucial role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Additionally, the menu at One Hospital Ashford was great. The variety and quality of the meals were excellent, catering to different dietary needs and preferences, and making me feel well-cared for in every aspect. Overall, the whole experience was a good as it possibly could have been.
