After being in pain for two years and passed from pillar to post, I met with Mr Jain. He listened to me in the most caring & understanding manner and reassured me from the start.
I am 81 and never had any surgery or been in hospital for anything so he knew I was nervous.
He was amazingly caring and considerate. I underwent hip replacement surgery in January of this year and was put at ease from my arrival. I have recovered really well and it’s all thanks to Mr Rain, his team and all the staff at The Spire Alexandra. Thank you so much. You’re all brilliant and you’ve given me my life back!
