There is little I can add other than to fully endorse what others have said. I consider myself very fortunate as an NHS patient in The One Hospital Ashford to have been allocated such an outstanding surgeon. My surgery on 18thMarch 2023 was for knee arthroscopy to repair complex meniscal tears. As a 75 yr old I did question both myself and Mr Jain regarding the risk /benefit for me, but was reassured by his responses .I am so pleased that I went ahead with the op as I am now- a month later- getting back to my normal self. I believe it helped my recovery time by having kept up with as much muscle strengthening exercise as I was able to do in the months following my injury and preceding my surgery I can walk and cycle again without pain, but still keeping up my physio regime -as you must!. I would like to add that ALL the care I received at the hospital was exceptional.
