From the initial consultation to the final discharge appointment Mr Jain went to great lengths to explain the prognosis, identify and explain the surgery, and handle the post operative care in an easy to understand and helpful manner.
He was supportive and helped to reassure me that my surgery would be successful with a relaxed aand informative approach.
