Very engaging, knowledgeable and efficient with a great team behind him. Mr Gupta and team were extremely approachable and whole process was transparent, even when there were issues with BUPA over authorisation codes. Hopefully I will not see Mr Gupta again in a professional capacity but if my shoulder issues reoccur or there are other problems I would be happy to be referred to him again.
