Approachable and friendly. Mr. Gupta explained all the possible procedures, treatments and outcomes clearly and I fully understood the implications, limitations and benefits of my options. He discussed the ongoing and future of my disease and set my expectations for recovery and the future really well.
I hope by the time I need more help with my "Old Crone" hands that he is still practising! I would have no trouble recommending his expertise.
