The recommended treatment for the osteoarthritis at the base of my right thumb - a TMCJ replacement - has given me exactly what I needed; pain free and back to using my hand as normal. I am back cycling and feel like I have been given another "ten good years" to enjoy an active lifestyle.
Mr Gupta saw me for every appointment and was the surgeon on the day. Such continuity was very reassuring.
