Mr. Gupta took as much time as I needed to explain exactly what the procedure involved and possible complications and their likelihood. He was reassuring and supportive throughout my care, even answering questions that I had during recovery about travel concerns etc.
I have total confidence in his judgement and abilities, hopefully I will not need surgery on my other shoulder but if the need arose he would be my surgeon of choice.
