I had 2 separate incidents when I fractured my shoulders. I had the first Reverse Total Shoulder Replacement in July 2022 for my right shoulder and the second in March 2023. Both were done without complications and although I do not have total movements as I had in the past, it is much better than before the operations. I have a rare condition: Dextrocardia with Situs Inversus Totalis when the position of both the thoracic and abdominal viscera are reversed that it is a mirror image of normal anatomy. This does not interfere with my daily tasks or my reverse total shoulder replacement, but looking at my x-ray it is interesting to see what is left or right.
