I came to see Mr Gupta as I had a pain in my shoulder which was not going away. Following an MRI and cortisone injection, he identified the problem and performed surgery to rectify the issues in November 23. I’m now in recovery and early signs are that it’s been successful. Throughout the whole process, Mr Gupta has been thoughtful, thorough and extremely empathetic. He has a very good manner, taking time to explain and answering the many questions I had. It was a pleasure to meet him.
