I was in Mr Rodney Laing's care for lumbar decompression surgery in April 2024. What a wonderful experience, the care of the team, and I found Mr Laing a very compassionate consultant, with excellent listening skills, who clearly had a good relationship with all staff involved in my care. My operation was successful, so much that I was able to return home the same day. I cannot thank Mr Laing and the team involved enough, the operation has had a significant positive impact on my physical status, and in turn, my overall wellbeing. I can now function in a way that I thought might be out of reach, having experienced spinal stenosis for some time. I felt the difference almost immediately, and have enjoyed walking all over again, getting to a good level so soon after surgery.
