Mr Milligan explained clearly what was involved. He explained that the standard procedure included a wire that was inserted into the breast, he then advised me of a new procedure called an RFID tag instead of the wire, that can be inserted days before surgery. I agreed to the method and was the second person in the country to have this. Mr Milligan is lovely calm and caring, I am sure that when he is training Juniors Doctors he would instil confidence in them, he is an excellent surgeon with a lovely manner.
