The care I have received from Mr Milligan has been outstanding.
From my first consultation with him I felt confident that I was in good hands. He has an amazing ability of making people feel at ease. He is empathic and really seemed to understand how I was feeling.
Mr Milligan ensured I was fully informed all the way through my treatment and was honest when I asked for his opinion. I never felt overwhelmed with information but if I asked questions he would take the time to answer them. He involved me in all decisions relating to my care and explained all of the options so that I felt I was making an informed decision.
I have had two operations performed by Mr Milligan and the cosmetic results have exceeded my expectations. His after care has been at the same exceptional level. He goes above and beyond what is expected, even taking the time to call me himself when he received my results rather than leaving me to wait a further agonising week.
I will be forever grateful for the care and compassion he showed me in a very worrying time.
