Definitely recommend Mr Milligan is professional and great at his job,
I felt relaxed ,safe and listened too , every question I asked was answered so I totally understood
I have have had a breast reduction, breast reconstruction and Liposuction
18 years after my Lumpectomies and feel complete again ..
I even had a tattoo in his honour (to much information) but really I would recommend him to anyone he cares
