Mr. R Dennis took over, after 25 odd years from my old doc. Mine is a complicated, long case. For the first appointment at about 1630 hrs., he came out to mix with the great unwashed in the waiting area to ask me if he cold see me last. Fine I said. When I went in he said as mine was a complicated and long case he wanted to spend some time with me. He had read my case (about four of those buff A4 folders !) he knew the situation. He asked relevant penetrating apposite questions. He was up to speed and on top of the situation. I told him to be honest frank and direct. He was. He gave the truth, which is what I wanted, he spent an hour with me. he gave me the truth and was CARING as well as being an EXPERT. This man is the apex of good practice. This an is the apotheosize of medical excellence. Any student who works for him will have a great future. This is the sort of man that IF I need yet further surgery then I will have confidence in letting him stick his hands deep into my gut. One needs confidence in ones cutter !
