On the day of my operation for bowl cancer the hospital transport got me to the hospital almost 3 hours late despite my numerous calls for help. I was in a panic but Mr Dennis soon saw me and quickly put me at ease for the operation.
Unfortunately my daughter passed away when I started my radiotheraphy and chemotheraphy treatment prior to the operation. Soon after Mr Dennis had performed the operation he phoned my granchildren in Cornwall to tell them the news without me knowing.
His ward visits were like having a friend at the bedside - his manner acted as a booster towards recovery.
Once the results of follow up tests were known Mr Dennis phoned me at home to tell me the cancer had not spread elsewhere.
I WISH HIM EVERY SUCCESS FOR THE FUTURE AND CANNOT THANK HIM TOO HIGHLY FOR ALL HIS SKILL AND COMMITMENT.
