Very attentive and clearly listens to your input. Concerned with any comments you make whether that be about clinical issues or hospital administration. In my case was problem with absence of GP referral letter which had not arrived/gone astray. Made point of ensuring that my case would be dealt with nonetheless. Is an easy going doctor with no airs and graces who communicates well with patients. A pleasure to be seen by him.
