I was seen as a NHS patient today at the ENT outpatient dept at Townsland Hospital in Henley.It has been an incredibly positive experience from start to finish.A very clean and modern hospital, with a calm atmosphere and very pleasant helpful staff.
Dr.Almeyda led a positive,calm and efficient consultation, where I felt at ease straight away. All imaging was explained thoroughly to me, the consultant was friendly,open, approachable and took time to explain and answer all my questions.I was able to explore all pros and cons and conclude the best way forward together.I felt entirely grateful for today's consultation with Dr.Almeyda.
