Robert has been amazing throughout my whole experience so far from my first appointment back in 2021. My first consultation it was clear he’s incredibly knowledgable and managed to explain the issues in a way that was clear for me to understand.
Due to covid and an error with communication & progressing my surgery, my application had slipped through the system. Robert was thorough in going back & getting this sorted
Had a bit of a nightmare with delays and also a power cut mid surgery and throughout all of this Robert was incredibly attentive & helpful putting me at further ease.
Robert is a credit to his profession and I hope his thoughtfulness, knowledge and patient care is recognised internally.
