Very good experience throughout the consultation and operation. Robert was friendly and informative, letting me chose my own choice of music.. The operation on my ear was quick and painless under local anaesthetic ( I might even have fallen asleep).I've had no after effects. The only negative thing was the time I had to wait in the hospital before the operation. I was told to arrive at 12:30 and had to wait until after 4 pm for the operation.
