To have had to come to see this or any consultant on what was such a minor problem as a build up of ear wax was in my opinion was a waste of their time but to have been seen by a very curtious person who not only treated the problem but took the time to look at another problem that I had mentioned thinking it might of been related was very kind with the pressure that they might of been under and to find that I was also suffering with nasal polyps which had been giving me a problem for quite a while was quite reassuring and able to be treated with an nasal spray so I came away thankful that I was not wasting their time.I found Mr Robert Almeyda to have a curtious pleasant manner very profient and professional,Thank you.
