I had an ENT appointment booked and my clinician called in sick just 10 minutes beforehand but, doctor Almeyda was able to adjust his schedule and see me immediately before his appointments arrived.
He was very understanding and polite, ensuring I felt comfortable and my nasal issues were fully seen to.
The appointment was efficient yet thorough.
An excellent experience.
