When i first met Rob for a consultation,i found him very polite,easy to talk to,during the examination of what was wrong with me and what options there were to put it right. He explained three options available,the pro's and con's of each,in a way i could understand.We decided the best option for me,i felt very assured,he knew what had to be done. When admitted i had no worries at all,that the operation would be a total success. During the operation and aftercare everyone was brilliant,i felt like a VIP.I am now fully recovered and can't thank them enough.I would rate Mr Rob Bethune and his team at 100%.In my opinion don't change anything(if it's not broke-don't try to mend it.)
