During consultation presented with a kind and encouraging demeanour. Received well thought out clinical reasoning for the type of surgery carried out which was successfully achieved by skilful hands, with minimal scarring.
The teams in both hospitals (St. Peters & Ashford) were friendly, approachable and helpful.
