When I saw Mr Chana for my initial consultation a total hip replacement was not what I was expecting. All my concerns were listened to and Mr Chana gave detailed explanations with patience and reassurance, he also provided ample opportunity for additional consultations before surgery.
Surgery in June was straightforward and comfortable and Mr Chana came to see me every day. Follow up consultations have been thorough and paced for each stage of recovery.
I am thrilled with the results and the whole process was efficient and caring.
