I had a hip replacement operation at BMI Meriden Hospital in Coventry in May. The surgeon was Mr Richard Westerman.
From my first consultation I was impressed by Mr Westerman who listened to and answered questions clearly. He described the procedure fully, including both positive and negative information. Best of all, my recovery after the operation was remarkably quick and by the time I saw him six weeks later I was able to walk with no crutches or sticks and no limp.
