The whole process from referral by optician through consultation, cataract operation and follow up has been smooth, timely and straight forward. Communication has been excellent and information clear and helpful.
Mr Stirling was recommended to me by an old friend. He has a pleasing balance of listening to and respecting my views as the patient, while being able to discuss and recommend ways forward as the professional involved. Clearly with a wealth of experience he presents as a likeable personality, with empathy, easy to talk to and allows plenty of time to deliberate on a decision. His team on the day of the operation were helpful, clear on what was going to happen / happening and made me feel at ease.
Perhaps my best testament to Richard Stirling is that I plan to return to him as my consultant in due course for a second cataract treatment. A god experience all round and an excellent result / improvement in my vision. Well done and thank you.
