A terrific result following a very smooth experience. Mr Scawn saw me in London, clearly explained the ptosis procedure and potential results, and I was in surgery within 10 days. The operation was swift with no pain and overall I was very well looked after. There was also limited bruising afterwards. As a result my eyelids are now even, and my peripheral vision is considerably improved.

Thank you for taking the trouble to review your experience and successful surgical outcome. Your observation of improved peripheral vision is important as although this operation may be considered cosmetic by some, in a great number of patients I treat, an untreated ptosis causes functional visual compromise.
