I had a dermofasciectomy performed by Mr Baker mid June this year for a Dupuytrens contracture. The result has been fantastic with the graft well healed and a good range of movement in a straight finger. The operation, performed under L A was pain free and the pre-operative and post-operative care has been excellent.
