Mr R Baker is a top surgeon. He has been a great help over many years, relieving the pain in my hands, due to arthritis. He also operated on one of my fingers, which is healing nicely and the acute pain has gone. Mr R Baker is a very patient and understanding surgeon and has given me good advice over the years. I can’t praise him enough, I am so grateful that it was Mr Baker that treated me. He is so professional that I can’t think of any suggestions of improvement. Accept for the Administration, the waiting time is inexcusable and needs to be lessened considerably for everybody’s sake.
