I met with Mr. Agha to discuss my upcoming reconstructive surgery attendant to a mastectomy. Mr. Agha was ever so kind as he clearly and patiently described the procedures. At one point we were struggling to understand a point and he took the time in his busy schedule to draw a diagram that allowed us to clearly visualise and understand the point.
Throughout the whole meeting, it was apparent that my comfort and understanding were his primary concern.
