Whilst being totally professional, Mr Sundaram very personable and took time (pre-op) to provide full details relating to my procedure (ACDF), answering fully all questions I raised, and was able to alleviate any concerns I had. Mr Sundaram also made a point of meeting with me both pre and post operation on the day of surgery, checking on how I felt and also answering any additional questions. Follow up appointments were made and again I received his full attention, checking on how I was progressing, clarifying any queries I raised and putting myself at ease.
Overall, I received a first class service from not only a very skilled physician, but also someone who has a genuine interest in his patients. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Sundaram.
